Since I am using Sportacy I can give my (potential) customer a clear overview who I am and what I am doing. I can reach new customers easily and they do not have to worry anymore if we are the right fit. I am even working as a flexible trainer, which means that customers can book me on any place in my direct area!

It is even possible to become a Flexible Trainer. Just turn on the setting ”Flexible Location” in your settings and let users know that they can order you everywhere in your direct area.

Roadmap to Success
- Subscribe by pushing the ”Sign Up” button at the right top of the platform
- You get two options: ”Guest” or ”Owner”: choose the option ”Owner”
- You are now a member of Sportacy and can access the platform with your username and password
- Once you are logged in you can add your trainer listing by pushing the ”Add Trainer Profile” button at the right top of the platform
- Choose the package that best fits you and fill out your information as specific as possible
- Once you submitted the listing and Sportacy accepted your registration you will be visible on the platform
- You can always change your information and availabilities in your profile
- You can manage your bookings and your review replies in your profile as well
and you will have access to the last statistics of your page
Verifying Your Trainer Profile
To make your profile as trustworthy as possible for our users you have various options:
– Receiving enough reviews about you and your trainings
– Verifying your listing with your passport or identity card
– Connecting your social media accounts to your profile
Thus, next to receiving a high volume of reviews you can make your profile more trustworthy by verifying your listing.
For every listing you have you can send a Verification Request on the right top of your listing profile. Please fill in all details and make sure you attach a copy of your passport or identity card that is corresponding with the listing name.
We aim to check your verification as fast as possible. Once your listing is verified by Sportacy you will receive a green sign behind your trainer name – as well as a green Verified Listing sign in your profile.
Finally, you have the possibility to add various social media accounts to your profile (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and more). We do not have checks on the social media accounts but this could give you more trustworthiness as well in the eyes of the users.
